PREPARE & ESTIMATE
One of our inspectors will do an initial assessment of your vehicle. You'll receive an evaluation of the repairs needed, along with a free quote. If you have questions, your consultant will answer them before proceeding with next steps.
AUTHORIZATION & APPOINTMENT
Prior to beginning repairs, we will request your authorization. We'll also contact your insurance company for approval or to schedule a vehicle appraisal if needed.
BLUEPRINT & DISASSEMBLE
Our collision repair team will confirm which services are needed during disassembly. They'll inspect for any additional damage that may have been difficult to spot
during
the initial assessment. Then a plan of action to complete repairs will
be
determined.ORDER PARTS
Next, our team will order the parts
needed to get your vehicle back in shape. Unless otherwise requested,
our team uses genuine factory parts. OEM parts provide great quality and ensure that we can return your vehicle to factory specifications.STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
If
structural repairs are needed, our team will make
necessary repairs to ensure that it's back in proper alignment. Whether it's the frame or another structural element,
our
technicians will correct the problem.
BODY REPAIRS
Auto

components and fix or replace them to make sure everything fits and

Everything is brought back
together in the body shop, and again, our team works to make sure that

this process, any remaining repairs are completed before final

inspection
